Do I need to bring anything to the class?

For Reformer Pilates, grippy socks are required for safety and comfort. These are available to purchase at reception.

Are the classes suitable for beginners or more advanced customers?

We have a range of classes that are designed to be suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Check the level of the class on Glofox or message us direct if you are unsure.
Do I need to book to attend the classes?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as class sizes are limited and often fill up quickly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, you can do so easily via the Glofox app, or by calling or messaging us directly.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, the credit/payment for that class will be lost.
Do I need to be a member to attend classes?

Not at all! We offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle, including pay-as-you-go classes, credit packs and monthly memberships. Whether you’re looking to drop in occasionally or practice regularly, there’s an option that works for you.
What kind of merch do you sell?

We offer a selection of premium merchandise in the studio, including hoodies, t-shirts, hats, canvas yoga bags and mats! Stop by to check out our collection and find the perfect gear to complement your practice.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available to purchase from the studios—perfect for treating someone who is interested in yoga or pilates. Just pop by and we’ll help you sort it out.
What is the minimum age to attend classes?

The minimum age to attend a class on your own is 16 years old.

Younger customers are welcome, but they’ll need to attend with a parent or guardian, who can decide whether the class is suitable for their age and ability.
Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we do! Our private sessions are a great way to receive personalised attention and focus on your individual goals, whether you're new to yoga or Pilates, recovering from an injury, or just want to deepen your practice. Contact the studio direct to schedule a session or message the instructor direct.
I have an injury - is pilates or yoga more suitable?

We always suggest checking with your GP, physio, or healthcare provider before attending a class.

Are the classes safe for pregnancy?

Pilates can be beneficial during pregnancy, but not all classes are suitable. We recommend speaking with us before booking to ensure the class and instructor are appropriate for your needs.
